(3) Press the appliance lightly to make it in place

(4) Make sure the appliance is fully seated

(5) Cooperate with the chewing glue to make the appliance fit closely with the teeth

(1) Gently pull down the upper edge of the lingual side of the maxillary appliance with your fingers, alternately on both sides until it is removed.

(2) Then push the lower edge of the end of the mandibular appliance upward, alternately on both sides until it is removed.

(1) If the appliance needs to be temporarily removed due to eating, cleaning the mouth, etc., please remove the appliance and put it in a clean appliance box for storage.

(2) If the appliance is not worn for a long time under special circumstances, the appliance should be put into the appliance box and stored in a dry sealed bag together.

(1) The wearing time of each pair of appliances is 1 to 2 weeks, and the appliance should be worn for more than 22 hours a day.

(2) After the end, please replace the new appliance under the guidance of the attending doctor.
